The trading voucher is designed to help boost small businesses online presence, and to help them get trading online. It does not have to be specifically for a website, it can be used to fund online advertising, an online booking system, a marketing strategy and much more. It will fund 50% or €2,500 (whichever is lesser) of the eligible costs to your business in Ireland for solutions that enable you to trade online in Ireland or other markets, exclusive of VAT.

How to get started:

To begin, you will first have to attend an obligatory Trading Online Voucher information webinar. These webinars are usually made available online by your Local Enterprise Office. At the webinar, attendees are informed on the purpose of the trading voucher and how to get the most out of it.

After you have successfully attended the information seminar and applied for the online trading voucher, you will receive an approval letter from  your LEO and work can commence for your company once you have accepted the voucher. To get your application going, you will need to have a quote from your chosen provider.
